The matrix below represent the Minimum Project Management deliverables required by the Project Managers based on the category (Small vs Medium to Large) assigned to the project. The oversight levels are designed so that as project size, complexity, and overall risk level increase, there too is an increase in the number of deliverables required. The Minimum Project Management deliverables are what the EPS reviews, but the Project Manager should determine and produce any additional project management documentation deemed necessary to ensure the project is well managed.
